This hotel is a gem! the location couldn't be better - it's very near the multi-cultural night market, so we had easy access to delicious local food and vibrant atmosphere. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and extremely polite, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed with basic amenities and had large windows that provided ample natural light. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail in this hotel.

Speaking of location, we were thrilled to find that the hotel was situated in a convenient alley way right off the golden triangle shopping area - perfect for exploring this city.

This hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the shopping district and train station. It's right at the heart of downtown, but situated on a quiet alleyway. Rooms are comfortable with large windows and spacious toilets with good water pressure. Staff is attentive and helpful, providing free pick-up and bicycle rentals. There are also free snacks and washing facilities. Breakfast is good enough and vouchers for nearby Chinese restaurants are provided when necessary.

The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to help with restaurant recommendations and arranging scooter rentals for exploring Taroko. Additionally, the included breakfast is a delightful start to the day.

All was well during my stay.

We had a great time on our city break, and the hotel offered excellent facilities, with a friendly and helpful staff. the location was ideal, with easy access to the main train station and plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. the hotel also provided free shuttle service and bikes, which were a bonus for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.

The downside was the slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room when we returned after leaving for some time. Although it did dissipate quickly, it was a bit of an unpleasant surprise.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Hualien City. The room was very spacious with a super comfortable bed. The staff were fantastic, always eager to help and very kind. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the night market. The hotel even provided bicycles for us to use, which made getting around so convenient. Despite a minor issue with the shower, everything else exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Hualien City.
